Long Covid Resources

Long COVID, sometimes called Post-COVID-19 syndrome, is a term used to describe the long term effects of coronavirus that can occur 4 weeks after initial infection. Most people will recover within days to weeks, but some people may experience ongoing symptoms such as cough, breathlessness and fatigue. There are several resources available to help support recovery.
